Cheeky Bliss ONLINE has a 21 day (3 week) return policy. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition as when you received it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns with Cheeky Bliss - It's Easy:
~You can return your purchase for up to 21 days (3 Weeks) from the purchase date.
~Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

~Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your STORE CREDIT will be processed and you will receive your online gift card code via email within 7 days.

IN STORE/PAY AT PICK UP RETURN POLICY
We gladly offer exchanges or store credit for unworn and unwashed merchandise within 14 days of purchase. All sale items are final sale. All original tags must be attached or original packaging must be unopened.
IN-STORE (EXCHANGE ONLY): You may exchange merchandise in our store, but they will be unable to process a cash/credit refund to your card.
