Why can't I login?
If you've already shopped in-store, follow these steps to access your loyalty points:
1. Open your "loyalty wallet" by clicking the heart icon on the left side of the screen.
2. Click "Sign Up" at the bottom of the screen.
3. Fill out the form using the email you previously provided at checkout, and hit "Create new Account."
4. A message will prompt you to check your email. Open the email and follow the instructions to activate your account.
5. Return to the app and log in with your credentials to start using your points!
For new customers, follow these steps to create an account:
1. Click the heart icon on the left side of the screen to open your "loyalty wallet."
2. Click "Sign Up" at the bottom of the screen.
3. Fill out the form with your details and hit “Create new Account.”
4. Log in to the app with your new credentials to start earning points right away!
Where are my rewards?
To view your points balance and rewards, open your "loyalty wallet" by clicking the heart icon on the left side of the screen. Log in to your account on the website or mobile app. Your points will be at the top of the loyalty wallet.
Important Coupon Usage Information
Please note that your coupon must be for an amount less than your order total. Coupons are one-time use only, and if the coupon value exceeds the order amount, any remaining value will be lost. Additionally, you will not receive points back for any unused portion of the coupon or returned purchases. All coupons can only be used by the account holder.
